The Chartered College of Teaching is pleased to announce a new partnership with Penrose Education Ltd. The collaborative partnership will provide opportunities for trainee teachers and mentors supported by initial teacher training (ITT) providers using the Mosaic platform to further their professional learning and development.
Mentors, supported by ITT providers using the Mosaic platform, are now entitled to claim a 10% discount off the cost of the first year of Chartered College of Teaching membership.
Mosaic by Penrose Education is the online solution specifically designed for initial teacher education, offering a comprehensive suite of tools for providers to help bridge the gap between school and centre-based learning. Working with higher education institutions and school centred providers in the UK and abroad, the Mosaic centralised platform ensures providers can:
– seamlessly manage their ITE courses
– ensure a shared understanding of their curriculum and course processes between provider, student teacher and mentor
– monitor engagement and trainee progress in real time
– facilitate and evidence high quality mentoring – including keeping record of mentors’ training
– foster critically reflective practice
– streamline processes with intuitive & easy-to-use tools – saving everyone time!

“We are proud to be announcing our partnership with the Chartered College. We feel fully aligned with their work to empower, celebrate and advocate for the teaching profession – and are delighted to formalise our relationship outlining how we will work together towards these common goals.
We are excited by our plans for this partnership (more to come soon!), and are particularly pleased to be able to offer a generous CCT membership discount to all mentors that are currently using Mosaic!”
