Communications and Marketing Officer
The Communications and Marketing Officer is responsible for delivering communications activity to promote the Chartered College of Teaching’s membership externally. The individual will help raise awareness of the Chartered College’s work to support teachers. A strong focus of this role will be to promote membership to new audiences. The Communications and Marketing Officer will work with the membership team and individuals across the organisation to identify opportunities for promotion.
The Events Manager is responsible for the continued growth and development of the digital engagement built up in the last 14 months, maintaining key face to face events, whilst adapting and supporting the development of our networks and events for the future. You will be the expert lead across the organisation and, with external stakeholders, be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of events and webinars.
Director of Membership
The Director of Membership is an Executive Leadership Team role responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to grow the Chartered College of Teaching’s membership with a focus on recruitment, engagement, retention, events and networks, CRM and/or marketing and communications. The role provides inspirational leadership to the growing membership, events and networks, membership platform and/or marketing and communications teams and focuses on developing the strategy and overseeing the implementation of the membership recruitment, engagement and retention strategy. The Director of Membership is also responsible for building relationships with external organisations and promoting the Chartered College of Teaching’s member offer. The role will act as an ambassador for the College’s name, brand and values.
