A key component to building strong trusts is building a vibrant professional community that engages with evidence-informed professional development to strengthen expertise across schools (CST, 2023).Yet too often, professional development is ineffective, one-size-fits-all or not sufficiently evidence-informed.

The Chartered College works with a range of multi-academy trusts and school groups. Investing in trust membership is a powerful and proven tool for trust-wide school improvement.

Institutional Membership designation

To recognise your commitment to the sector’s professional body and evidence-informed practice, if you enrol at least 75% or 100+ of your staffing cohort with membership (whichever is triggered first), or take out the ‘Deepening‘ or ‘Embedding‘ packages, you will be immediately eligible for Institutional Members Status.
