Victoria brings over 20 years of experience as a teacher, school leader, and MAT leader to her work across the sector. She acts as a specialist advisor and consultant, with deep expertise in curriculum design, assessment strategy, and data coherence. Victoria works extensively with schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities, and government-funded organisations within the UK and internationally. She regularly advises leaders on transformation strategies and has contributed to national guidance to improve outcomes for young people. She is a strong advocate for high-quality, evidence-informed professional learning, especially to support disadvantaged pupils. Her work aligns closely with the Chartered College’s commitment to raising the status of the teaching profession through research and equity. Victoria serves as a Trustee for a Multi-Academy Trust in the East Midlands and a Governor for a maintained primary and nursery school. A Cambridge University PACES graduate, she also volunteers as an Ambassador for The Network at Cambridge University.
