Vicki has been a teacher for over 16 years and is currently teaching in a secondary school in Scotland. She is Head of English, as well as Head of Scholars and Research, and has the role of Research Champion and is responsible for coordinating her school’s group membership of the Chartered College of Teaching. Vicki holds FCCT and CTeach, as well as having wide-ranging experience of working across all secondary ages and has held middle-leadership positions in a range of schools in both urban and rural locations.
