Harroop has over 20 years’ experience as a teacher and senior leader in secondary education. She now works as an EDI consultant and coach, drawing on her expertise as an EDI Fellow and EMCC-accredited coach. As a working parent of three, she brings a clear understanding of how evolving identities shape leadership and relationships.
