Head of Programme Delivery

The Head of Programme Delivery is a member of the Senior Management Team, working in the Education and Research directorate, and is responsible for  ensuring that all of our teacher CPD programmes and related products, including the Chartered College’s own CPD and certification programmes and external accredited programmes, are delivered on time and to a high quality. This includes working with key external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and working closely with a range of colleagues across the Chartered College of Teaching to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality.

 

Fundraising and Business Development Manager

The Fundraising and Business Development Manager is responsible for securing additional income for the Chartered College of Teaching from a variety of funding sources including growing revenue streams from products and services, advertising and sponsorship income, voluntary income from trusts and foundations, corporates and individuals, as well as working closely with senior management colleagues to submit bids for competitive tenders. The role will lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy development and implementation. The role will manage the business development pipeline, grant applications and relationships with funders and will be proactive in seeking new opportunities.

 

Director of Memberhsip

The Director of Membership is an executive role responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to grow the Chartered College of Teaching’s membership with a focus on recruitment, engagement and retention. The role provides inspirational leadership to the growing membership team. The Director of Membership is also responsible for building relationships with external organisations and promoting the Chartered College of Teaching’s member offer. The role will act as an ambassador for the College’s name, brand and values.
